Today, Monday 15th May, Northampton Town Council held its annual Mayor Making Ceremony to formally declare Councillor Stephen Hibbert as the 783rd Mayor of Northampton.

Cllr Hibbert is joined by Elizabeth (Liz) Cox as his Mayoress and Cllr Paul Joyce and his wife Mylissa Joyce will be appointed as Deputy Mayor and Mayoress.
