Local Council Elections Postponed
All planned elections in Northamptonshire were postponed due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
Elections to the newly created Town Council and Kingsthorpe Parish Council and Far Cotton and Delapre Community Council will now take place on May 6 2021.

Green Light for Town Council
A new town council for Northampton will be created on 1 April 2020 following an historic decision by Northampton Borough Council (NBC).
The new council, which is set to be the largest community-level council in England, will have its first election of councillors on 7 May 2020. Its inaugural meeting will take place on Monday 18 May 2020.
